At Page1Publishing, we sell digital products (guides and manuals) that are delivered instantly via download after purchase. Because of the nature of digital content, all sales are final and non-refundable.

1. Digital Products Are Non-Refundable

Once a manual has been purchased and downloaded, you will have permanent access to the content. As such, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for any completed purchase.

2. Before You Buy

Please read the product descriptions carefully to ensure the manual meets your needs.
If you have questions about a manual before purchasing, you may contact us at admin@page1publishing.com. We’ll be happy to provide more details.

3. Exceptions

Refunds will only be considered if:

You were charged in error (duplicate payment).
You purchased the same product multiple times by mistake.
